Our repairs come with a written leak free guarantee. Using our Leakalyzer water loss detection equipment, you will be given a before and after repair water loss report to assure you all your leaks have been found and fixed.
Pool PVC pipe leaks repaired by us are warrantied for 6 months from completion. Brakeage from improper winterization after repairs are completed are not covered under warranty.
Vinyl liner patches are warrantied for 30 days from installation as long as the pool liner is no older than 5 years since it was installed new. If the liner is chalking or there are more than 10 holes we will recommend the pool liner be replaced. Poly pipe repairs are not covered under warranty. 

All repairs are done by us. If for some reason the repairs cannot be warrantied, you will be notified ahead of any repair work done.
Leak repairs done by anyone other than ASP Maintenance Ltd. DBA. Poolman Pool Service is not covered under warranty. Any additional leak detection and locating will be at the normal rate of $425.00 per detection visit. 

Our primary services are in Leak Detection, Leak Repair, Commercial and Strata Pool Services. Pools deemed public, require trained and certified pool operators to test and adjust water chemistry a minimum of twice daily. 

Leak Detection and Leak Repairs are our specialty. We do underwater repairs, vinyl liner patches,  pipe & skimmer replacement and pool inspections. As highly-trained pool leak experts, we test everything and pinpoint where your problems lie. If your pool leaks we will find it and fix it.

A complete leak detection for most pools is $425.00. (This includes one skimmer, up to four returns and main drain) Water falls, in floor cleaning systems and special features such as slides can require extra time at an hourly charge of $130.00.

Our hourly technician rate is $130.00 plus a one time $50.00 trip charge. Commercial clients with a maintenance contract with us do not pay the trip charge.

We are licensed, insured and are WCB covered.
